American kids are among the best compared to the EU states.

Especially, when looking into the demographics, there are certain demographics far away better than whole world, mostly the families who care on education of the kids.

And as a person who lived in both EU and US, I can definitely claim US has more opportunities on Education compared to EU.

EU, is tied with GOV type education, special or private institutions do not have bigger resources to survive, or very expensive compared to the US.

DOE is cancellable. It does not have same function as in EU. In EU states DOE or Education Ministries are must. Not in US.
